1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the parcel delivery services provided by Logita UAB, registered under company number 306274897, with its registered address at V. 2. Service Description

365Parcel offers parcel delivery services both domestically and internationally. We strive to deliver parcels in a safe and timely manner, but delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays or third-party carriers.

3. User Obligations
  • The sender is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all delivery information provided.
  • Prohibited or restricted items, such as hazardous materials, perishables, or illegal goods, must not be shipped through 365Parcel. The sender is liable for any breach of this policy.
  • Packages must be securely packed to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Pricing and Payment
  • All services are subject to the fees listed on our website at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Payments are due at the time of booking, and 365Parcel reserves the right to withhold or cancel shipments until payment is received.
5. Liability and Insurance
  • 365Parcel’s liability for loss or damage to any parcel is limited to the amount specified in the chosen service option, unless additional insurance is purchased by the customer.
  • 365Parcel is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect delivery information, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
6. Claims
  • Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All claims must include relevant documentation, such as proof of value and evidence of damage.
7. Termination of Service

365Parcel reserves the right to refuse service to any customer if the terms are violated or if we suspect illegal activities related to the shipment.
